4. Strategic Limitation of Liability
In no scenario shall Konsaltix (Pvt) Ltd, its directors, or its strategic affiliates be held liable for operational downtime, data inaccuracies, or peripheral financial liabilities resulting from your use of or reliance on our client-side software diagnostics.
